The Festival of Museum Theatre and Film will be held in Novi Sad from 22nd to 24th November, in three locations throughout the city. Following last year’s pilot project titled The Festival of Museum Theatre, which took place at The Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection, the 2024 Festival has been expanded to include museum theatre performances and films produced by The Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection, The Museum of Vojvodina, and The Gallery of Matica Srpska. This year’s programme showcases the experiences of three Novi Sad museums, aiming to expand the Festival to other institutions in the coming years, establishing it as an important platform for exploring and promoting the diverse applications of drama and film in contemporary museology.
