The programme “Museums, Sustainability and Well-being” will be held as part of this largest national museum manifestation with free admission for visitors. During this period, the International Museum Day (May 18) and the national Museum Week will also take place. This year’s programme in the Memorial Collection will be dedicated to the Museum Theatre Festival. In cooperation with the “Mišolovka” Youth Theatre, three museum plays, “Six Portraits of Pavle Beljanski”, “In the Mirror of the Muses” and “Bohemians from Montparnasse”, will be performed in The Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection, while the Theatrical troupe “Drž’ – ne daj” will perform the play “Legacy”. The intention in the coming years is to involve the plays of museums and related cultural institutions and make the Festival open to various possibilities of including drama in contemporary museology.
